Lead Pharmacist, Older Adult Mental Health

Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly motivated pharmacist to lead clinical pharmacy services for older adults with mental health needs in Harrow. You will provide autonomous input into prescribing decisions and work with digital health teams on EPS implementation.

You will engage with GPs and other MH teams to ensure seamless pharmaceutical care, develop medication pathways, and support professional development within the team.
