Overview
In this role you own the delivery of complex, outcome-based cloud and AI programs for customers, ensuring business outcomes and profitable delivery. You shape scope with executives, set measurable outcomes, and establish milestone plans that are deliverable for both AWS and the customer. You manage fixed-price engagements with disciplined change control, earned value, and margin protection, while guiding AI-enabled delivery across the lifecycle. You orchestrate mixed teams of AWS builders, APN partners and integrators to a single quality bar and drive adoption of the solution on the customer side. You will report business value to senior stakeholders and contribute reusable AI-enabled assets

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex, outcome-based cloud and AI programs, accountable for business outcomes and delivery quality
- Collaborate with sales and solution architects before signature to shape scope and measurable outcomes
- Negotiate scope, milestones and trade-offs with customer executives; manage fixed-price engagements with disciplined change control and earned-value tracking
- Forecast revenue, track milestones, manage billing, and identify expansion opportunities
- Lead delivery teams leveraging AI across requirements to operations, challenging AI-generated outputs for security, performance, and cost
- Orchestrate mixed teams (AWS builders, APN partners, integrators) to a single quality bar with automated quality gates
- Drive customer-side change management to realize business value
- Report progress to senior stakeholders in terms of business value; monitor risk indicators to head off escalations
- Contribute reusable assets, patterns and AI-enabled practices to accelerate future engagements
Key requirements
- 5+ years leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale
- 5+ years delivering enterprise IT engagements
- 5+ years cloud computing experience
- Knowledge of public cloud value proposition and delivery (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
- Experience negotiating with C-level, IT, and business stakeholders for sizeable commercial deals
