Occupational Health Manager – Lead Clinical Excellence

Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Occupational Health Manager to lead the Bedford Hospital OH service. You will drive delivery, quality, and development across the site, working with HR, Infection Prevention and Control, and Health and Safety teams.

You will provide expert advice on fitness for work, health surveillance, immunisation and rehabilitation, while managing a diverse clinical caseload and ensuring data protection and confidentiality across the organisation.
