S106 & Infrastructure Monitoring Officer

Maldon District Council is recruiting a S106 and Monitoring Officer to support the Planning Policy Team in delivering the Local Plan. The role operates on a hybrid basis with at least two days in the office each week, and occasional evening commitments for committees or meetings.
