The Role
As a Skilled Production Operative, you will play akey role in our fast-paced food manufacturing operation, ensuring products areproduced safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals withproduction, manufacturing, food processing or machine operating experience whoare looking to develop their skills and progress their careers.
Key Responsibilities
As a Skilled Production Operative, your responsibilitieswill include:
- Operating and monitoring production equipmentand machinery safely and efficiently
- Supporting the smooth running of productionlines to achieve daily targets
- Maintaining high standards of food safety,quality and hygiene
- Conducting routine equipment checks andreporting any issues promptly
- Following production specifications, processesand work instructions
- Minimising waste and maximising productivityacross the operation
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and TeamLeaders to meet operational goals
- Ensuring all Health & Safety procedures arefollowed at all times
- Contributing to continuous improvementactivities and best practice standards
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking individuals who can demonstrate:
- Previous experience within a food manufacturing,production or processing environment
- Experience operating machinery or working in askilled production role
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene andquality standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment toproducing high-quality products
- A proactive and reliable approach to work
- The ability to work effectively within a teamand independently when required
- Flexibility to work shifts in a fast-pacedmanufacturing environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn,develop and progress
