Senior School HR Manager – Safeguarding & Recruitment

Marchant Recruitment is assisting a high-performing secondary school in Hertfordshire to recruit an experienced HR Manager to lead its day-to-day HR function on site in St Albans. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, contracts and records, DBS and safer recruitment, the Single Central Record, and advising managers on HR matters.

Candidate should have strong knowledge of school HR and education-sector procedures; a CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience would be advantageous.
