HR Manager & Safeguarding Lead – People, Wellbeing

Mon CF is looking for an HR Manager and Designated Safeguarding Lead to shape and develop the organisation’s HR, wellbeing and safeguarding functions. You will drive policy, systems and practice to support managers and staff.

The role covers the full employee lifecycle—recruitment, induction, learning and development, performance management and employee relations—while promoting a safe, inclusive and positive working environment at Holyhead.
