Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust in Leicester is seeking a Smoke Free Advisor to join the Smoke Free Service across the Directorate of Mental Health on a 12-month fixed-term contract, part-time 18.75 hours, flexibly to fit between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
You will design tailored care plans, provide nicotine replacement and vaping advice, and run one-to-one and group behaviour support sessions to help patients quit or reduce tobacco harm, within inpatient settings.
