Pediatric Home Care Assistant — Full Training & Support

City & County Healthcare Group in Blackburn is seeking carers to support two young sisters moving from hospital care to home care. You will assist with tracheostomy, ventilation, PEG feeding, mobilisation and personal care, while engaging them with activities they enjoy.

Training is provided, with shadow shifts at Alder Hey Children’s Hospital before home visits. DBS check is free, induction paid, and opportunities for career progression within Advantage Healthcare.
