Community Rehabilitation Support Worker

East Sussex County Council’s Joint Community Rehabilitation service is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help people regain independence in their own homes. You may provide personal care, assist with therapy exercises and offer emotional support to build daily living skills.

We offer permanent contracts with varied hours (12–30 per week), apprenticeship pathways, weekend/evening shifts, and comprehensive benefits including training and career progression opportunities.
