Commercial Sales Executive — Uncapped Commission, OTE £60k

NFU Mutual’s Lincoln Agency is seeking a Commercial Sales Executive to drive growth across the Lincoln area. You will identify and secure new commercial insurance opportunities, build relationships with business owners, and develop introducer networks.

The role offers £28,000–£40,000 base with uncapped commission and realistic on-target earnings up to £60,000. You will work Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, within a supportive team and with full training and career development opportunities.
