Mon Geotech is a geotechnical consultancy offering a graduate role starting September 2027 in Cardiff. You will work directly with the founder on live projects, gaining experience from desk studies through to design and reporting.

You will receive one-to-one technical guidance, exposure to project end-to-end processes, and opportunities to contribute to internal procedures and external communications as the business grows.
