Lead Occupational Health Manager | Flexible Working

Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Occupational Health Manager based at Bedford Hospital. You will lead day-to-day delivery and development of the Occupational Health Service, ensuring staff and resources are managed and that employees receive a high-quality, responsive service across sites.

You will oversee clinical advice on referrals, health screening, immunisation, surveillance, and rehabilitation, while ensuring compliance with legislation and Trust policies.
