Rowden is launching an Applied Graduate Programme for engineers to gain broad systems and product exposure with real responsibility early on. You will rotate across core engineering disciplines, work with end users, and tackle constraints from deployment to operation.
You will receive mentorship, structured feedback, and milestones as you build capability and increase ownership. Applications are open for a September 2027 start.
