Sirona care & health, England’s largest provider of adult and children’s community services, is seeking a Support Worker. You will deliver therapy-based support in community settings and work with the MDT to help patients regain independence in their own homes.
The role requires compassionate, patient individuals with strong communication skills, able to work independently or within the MDT. Training in therapy principles and nursing skills is provided.
