Quality Officer – Adult Social Care & Provider Engagement

The London Borough of Havering is seeking a proactive Quality Officer to join the Quality and Provider Engagement Team. You will monitor the quality of adult social care provision, visit providers, collect feedback and drive improvement to ensure safe, person-centred care.

You will produce clear reports, identify improvements, and work with commissioning and safeguarding colleagues to address concerns and promote best practice.
