Field-Based People Partner – London & South

Wingstop Inc is seeking a commercially minded People Partner to support its fast-paced, multi-site hospitality operation across London and the South. This field-based role partners with restaurant teams and operational leaders, spending time in restaurants to understand ground realities and impact people strategy.

You will coach managers, navigate employee relations, and use data to drive retention, engagement and leadership capability, balancing pace with doing the right thing for our people.
