HR Advisor for Care Homes (On-site, Rostering)

Carey Care – Hill House Nursing Home in Kenley is looking for an organised HR professional to support managers and staff across its care homes. The role is on-site and based primarily at Hill House, Kenley, with travel to nearby locations as needed.

You will bring a solid HR background, practical approach and confidence dealing with people at all levels, with CIPD Level 3 or equivalent desirable and a full driving licence essential for site-to-site travel.
