Senior Residential Manager — SEND Care Homes

Witherslack Group is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 7-bed children’s home in the UK. You will ensure the home environment is safe, secure and motivating for staff and young people, while meeting Ofsted standards and safeguarding requirements.

You will manage day-to-day operations, drive positive outcomes, and participate in referrals within our specialist education and care services. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership is essential, along with a valid UK driving licence.
