Trauma-Informed Residential Care Worker

Falkirk Council is seeking a permanent residential childcare worker for Wallace Crescent within Falkirk HSCP Residential Services. You will help create a safe, nurturing home for young people, provide emotional support, manage daily routines from meals to school runs, and work as part of a dedicated team with guidance from management.

A full driving licence is essential; two cars support the service, with a 24-hour rota, every second weekend off, and a plan for six weeks’ notice.
