Global Equity & Reward Strategist — Senior Manager

Vialto Global Equity & Reward Senior Manager role is based in London with hybrid working arrangements. You will lead global equity programmes across design, implementation, governance and compliance while coordinating with HR, Payroll, Tax and Finance stakeholders.

You’ll oversee multi-jurisdiction projects, mentor junior team members and deliver analytics dashboards to track participation, costs and market trends, helping clients align reward strategies with business objectives.
