Fraud Litigation File Handler – RTA Claims

Davies is seeking a Litigated File Handler in Bolton to manage a caseload of lititgated RTA fraud cases under Delegated Authority for insurance clients. You will work with fraud specialists, Team Leader and Lead Lawyer to pursue commercially sound outcomes, maintaining strict deadlines and case management discipline.

The role requires civil litigation experience, strong advocacy and analytical skills, with a clear understanding of CPR, protocol guidelines and client guidelines.
