Health Visitor – Community Care Leader

Central London Community Healthcare (CLCH) is seeking a Health Visitor to lead and deliver a comprehensive health visiting service across Wandsworth. You will work with families and other professionals to ensure joined-up care, safeguarding, and effective health promotion for children and families.

You will plan, organise and evaluate health visiting services, driving quality improvement and service development within a multidisciplinary team in community settings.
