Job Description:
Disability North in Forest Hall (NE12) is seeking a care assistant to support a man with MS at his home. The role is 10 hours per week (10:30 am – 12:30 pm, Mon–Fri) to cover maternity leave from 24 August 2026 to 9 July 2027, with potential ongoing hours.
You will assist with daily living tasks including showering, dressing, grooming, medications, catheter and stoma care, eating and drinking, and domestic duties. Training will be provided; dog-friendly candidates preferred.
