HR & Payroll Manager – Multi-Site, Scotland & NI

Class One Traffic Management is seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Manager to lead people delivery across Scotland and Northern Ireland. The role is based at the Bonnybridge office, with occasional travel to other sites, reporting to the Managing Director and aligned with Group People governance.

You will manage a team of four specialists, drive payroll accuracy, advise managers, and ensure compliance with employment law while supporting workforce planning and organisational change initiatives.
