Strategic Careers & Employer Engagement Lead

Stockport Council is seeking an Advanced Practitioner for CEIAG and Employer Engagement. You will lead careers provision aligned with Gatsby Benchmark, acting as a bridge between education, local employers and communities to meet regional labour needs.

You will build employer partnerships, secure industry projects and work placements, and provide impartial careers guidance to learners. A core focus is outreach to help disadvantaged learners overcome barriers and gain sustained employment.
