Head of Communications & Marketing — Growth & Hybrid (London)

Middlemore in London is seeking a first Head of Communications & Marketing to own the function as the group scales within the London Market. You will lead communications, PR, investor relations, and marketing across the brands, with external agencies and an eventual in-house team, reporting to the Chief People and Communications Officer.

The role is hybrid (3 days a week in the London office) and offers a base salary of £100,000 to £120,000, plus up to 30% bonus and a full benefits package.
