Recovery-Focused Nursing Associate, Community Mental Health

Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Registered Nursing Associate to join the Community Rehabilitation Service (Bognor Regis Hub). You will support adults with complex psychosis and other severe mental illnesses, delivering recovery-focused, person-centred care under the supervision of registered nurses.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, contribute to risk assessments, care plans, and enable independence.
