Older Adults Community Mental Health Assistant Practitioner

NSFT’s Intensive Older Peoples Service (IOPS) in the Great Yarmouth and Waveney locality is recruiting a Band 4 Assistant Practitioner to join a multidisciplinary team delivering short-term intensive community assessment and treatment for older adults and those over 70 with functional illness. The post involves home visits, signposting, and a focus on health promotion.

You will work within a supportive team, with supervision from psychology and a clear development path.
