Oakhurst Children’s Home in Mansfield is seeking a Residential Social Care Worker to nurture young people’s growth in a warm, supportive team. You will provide high-quality care, support development and maintain a safe, encouraging environment.

You’ll use empathy and resilience daily, work shifts including weekends, and contribute to accurate care documentation. A full driving licence and at least 6 months experience are required; NCC offers training and a caring, community-focused workplace.
