Paralegal Officer – Social Care Law with Flexible Hours

Lancashire County Council’s Legal Department in Preston is seeking a Paralegal Officer to provide legal support to a team of lawyers focused on adult social care. The role involves handling a variety of ASC matters under the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005 and Court of Protection.

It also covers education and employment law aspects, including Employment Tribunal claims and advising schools on day-to-day matters and SEN services.
