Lettings Administrator: Customer-Focused Property Admin

Bernicia is seeking a Lettings Administrator to join the team in Newcastle City Centre. You will provide efficient lettings administration, coordinate move-ins, references and documentation, and support the lettings and property management teams while delivering excellent customer service.

The role is based in the city centre with standard Monday–Friday hours and Saturday rotation. A proactive, detail‑oriented team player with strong IT skills and communication is essential.
