Trauma-Informed Children’s Home Care Worker

Hampshire County Council is recruiting a Children’s Home Support Worker for the Odiham area. The role involves day-to-day care and emotional support in a residential home for up to four children up to 17, focusing on safeguarding, education, and wellbeing.

You will work within a trauma-informed framework to help reunite families or enable independent living, with training provided under the Pillars of Parenting approach.
