Youth & Family Outreach Worker – Reunification & Support

Wiltshire Council is seeking an Outreach Worker for the Stronger Families Team to build relationships with vulnerable adolescents and their families, developing tailored plans and de-escalating crises to support positive outcomes.

This temporary full-time role covers county-wide outreach, requires driving around Wiltshire, and may involve some evenings and weekends while safeguarding and keeping accurate plans and records.
