Citizens Advice York is inviting applications for a full-time position based in York. The role delivers a generalist advice service, including benefits casework, to clients across York and District through in-person, phone, or email support.

The successful candidate will work under the Operations and Outreach Manager, comply with General Help Quality Mark standards, and assist vulnerable clients. DBS check is required for all successful applicants, with part-time or job-share options considered.
