Head of Training & Research Delivery

The LMA West London GP Federation seeks a Head of Training and Research to coordinate training, workforce development and research across West London through the Federation and PCNs. The postholder will work with practices, PCNs, NWL Training Hub, NIHR, RRDN and academic partners to ensure practical, funded and governed activity aligned with workforce needs.

They will translate priorities into delivery, support practices, and manage budgets and reporting, ensuring robust governance and quality
