Community Mental Health Team Lead – Operations

NSFT is seeking a qualified Community Team Manager to lead the South Norfolk Adult Community Mental Health Team, based at Gateway House. You will work closely with another Community Team Manager to provide operational leadership for adults with complex mental health needs.

The role focuses on team performance, workforce management, clinical governance and service improvement, ensuring safe, effective and recovery-focused care with a strong emphasis on staff wellbeing and continuous development.
