Senior Retail Sales Lead – Elevate Customer Experience & KPIs

Charles Tyrwhitt in St Albans is recruiting a Senior Sales Assistant for its new store opening in November 2026. The role is 40 hours per week with overtime and weekend/Bank Holiday shifts.

You will deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales and KPIs, and gain expert product knowledge to advise customers. You’ll stock, replenish, and support visual merchandising while upholding health and safety standards.
