Training Lead: Safety & Ops Coach (Guernsey/Jersey)

Guernsey Recycling (GRG) is seeking a proactive Training Lead based in Guernsey or Jersey to develop, coordinate, and deliver training across our sites. You will work with operational teams, managers, and the compliance team to ensure training covers health and safety, procedures, and best working practices.

The role includes designing inductions, role-specific learning, and refresher programmes, scheduling sessions, tracking learning outcomes, and coordinating external providers when required.
