Banking & Finance Associate – Cross-Border, High-Value Deals

LAW Absolute is seeking a Banking & Finance Associate in London with 1-3 years PQE to join its established team. You will advise on a broad range of complex domestic and cross-border financing transactions, working alongside experienced partners to deliver high-value work.

The successful candidate will gain exposure to leveraged and acquisition finance, corporate lending, real estate finance, fund finance, structured finance, refinancings and cross-border matters across a diverse client base.
