Leveraged Finance Associate (3-6 PQE)
We are working with a leading US law firm on a position within their leveraged finance team in their London office. The position is for a 3-6 year PQE Associate.
You will take a leading role on sponsor-led acquisition and leveraged financings, spanning syndicated loans, high yield and private credit. The team acts for private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as corporates and sovereign wealth funds. The team also handles investment-grade acquisition facilities, restructurings and emerging markets loans for large corporates and sovereign borrowers across the US and Europe. While the work leans heavily towards the sponsor side of leveraged finance, lender-side mandates remain part of the mix.

Requirements:
- 3-6 years post-qualified experience in leveraged finance, acquisition finance, or a broad banking and finance practice
- Experience gained at a reputable City or US law firm
- England & Wales qualified with UK experience
