Remote Talent Acquisition Lead – Product & Design

Prolific is scaling rapidly and seeks a Talent Acquisition Lead (Individual contributor) to shape hiring for a growing Product & Design team. You’ll partner with senior leaders to forecast talent needs, build sourcing strategies, and own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
