Children’s Community Care Practitioner – Flexible Hours

Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust in the East Midlands is recruiting for a Band 4 Diana Service Children’s Specialist Practitioner. The role provides respite and healthcare support to children and young people with complex healthcare needs in home settings, with potential duties in schools and clinics.

You will work under indirect supervision of registered practitioners to deliver evidence-based care, participate in assessments, and coordinate with families to meet nursing and therapy needs.
