Job Description:
NHS Lothian is recruiting a Lead Specialist Practitioner District Nurse for the West Cluster to lead, co-ordinate and develop the District Nursing Service in East Lothian, including day-to-day management of staff and enhancing patient- and family-centred care.
The post holder will work with the Clinical Nurse Manager and others to develop existing services and new initiatives, aiming to prevent hospital admissions and support early discharge to the community.
