Location: Bromsgrove

Hours: 8:30am-4:30pm or 9:00am-5:00pm

Working from home: Every Friday

Are you a 360 Recruitment Consultant with 1-2 years of experience and ready to accelerate your career?

We are recruiting for an established and growing recruitment business in Bromsgrove and are looking for an ambitious, driven and commercially minded Recruitment Consultant to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who wants to take ownership of a warm desk, develop existing client relationships, win new business and increase their earning potential .

Requirements

• 1-2 years’ experience working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
• Experience across both business development and candidate resourcing
• Strong client relationship management skills
• A proactive approach to winning new business
• Experience working to targets, KPIs and financial objectives
• The ability to manage and develop their own recruitment desk
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A resilient, driven and commercially focused approach
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A professional and confident telephone manner
• A full UK driving licence – essential
• Previous logistics, transport or industrial recruitment experience would be advantageous but is not essential
• Uncapped commission
