Registered Team Manager – Care Home Leader

Certitude in Ealing is seeking a Registered Team Manager to lead a registered care home providing support to people with learning disability and nursing needs. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours, with a salary of £40,005 per annum.

You will coach staff in person-centred practices, manage risk, plan rotas, develop personalised support plans, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards while engaging families where possible.
