Senior Residential Worker – Trauma-Informed Leader (PACE)

Barnardo’s Bromley is seeking a Senior Residential Worker to help bring a brand-new children’s home to life, delivering trauma-informed, relational care under the PACE model. You will lead shifts, build strong relationships with children and young people, and ensure their voices shape daily life.

You will support care planning, safeguarding, and contribute to a reflective, trauma-informed team while championing children’s rights and needs.
