The post holder will be a member of the Estates Department in Whiteabbey Hospital and will act as a team leader and co-ordinator. This will involve taking the lead in job planning, development and liaison with Estate Officers and other Planner Supervisors. The post holder will be responsible for efficiently and effectively organising resources including labour, transportation and materials (including requisition, supply, deployment and security).
