Youth Support Worker: Independent Living & Housing

Peabody is recruiting a Support Worker for Young People’s Services across Hertfordshire. You will help young people aged 16-25 develop skills, confidence and independence, including those facing homelessness or mental health challenges.

The role is based across various locations with a focus on person-centred support and safeguarding. You’ll conduct needs assessments, support plans, and assist with daily living tasks while coordinating with external services.
