This role involves supporting the Registered Manager with daily operations, leading a residential team and ensuring a safe, nurturing, child-centred environment for young people with challenging behaviours. The ideal candidate has residential care experience, strong safeguarding knowledge and the ability to develop care plans, risk assessments and positive team dynamics.
